摘 要：随着城市化进程的不断加快，智慧城市的建设已经成为一个重要的发展趋势。轨道交通作为城市公共交通的主力军，对于智慧城市建设具有重要的作用。然而，在轨道交通运营过程中，票务组织管理问题一直是制约运营效率的瓶颈。本文将分析当前轨道交通票务组织管理存在的问题，并提出相应的解决方案。

Ticketing Organization and Management of Smart City Rail Transit Operators

Abstract：With the continuous acceleration of urbanization， the construction of smart cities has become an important development trend. As the main force of urban public transportation， rail transit plays an important role in the construction of smart cities. However， in the process of rail transit operation， the problem of ticket organization and management has always been a bottleneck restricting operational efficiency. This paper will analyze the existing problems in the current rail transit ticketing organization and management， and propose corresponding solutions.
