摘 要:正如管理学大师彼得德鲁克所说:如果你不能衡量它,那么你就不能管理它。用户体验度量能将产品的含糊的体验水平以数据的方式呈现出来,综合评价用户使用产品过程中产品多方面甚至全方面的用户使用体验。基于此,本文进行了M公司汽车舆情产品的用户体验度量模型的构建,并尝试向公司多条业务线进行推广。

Abstract:As management guru Peter Drucker said: If you can't measure it, then you can't manage it. User experience measurement can present the ambiguous experience level of the product in the form of data, and comprehensively evaluate the user experience of the product in many aspects or even all aspects of the user use the product. Based on this, this paper constructs the user experience measurement model of Company M's automotive public opinion products, and tries to promote it to multiple business lines of the company.
