立德树人背景下中职汽修专业班主任培养学生职业素养策略

摘 要：立德树人是我国教育发展的根本任务，在中职院校汽修专业的教学活动中，班主任应该立足于学生的职业素养培养，从职业规划、教学方法、课程内容等方面进行改革创新；同时班主任应做好学生的职业生涯规划指导工作，明确学生未来的职业发展方向，提升学生的综合职业素养。

Strategies for Cultivating Students' Professional Qualities by Class Teachers of Secondary Vocational Auto Repair Majors under the Background of Cultivating Virtue and Cultivating People

Abstract：Cultivating virtue and cultivating people is the fundamental task of China's educational development， and in the teaching activities of auto repair majors in secondary vocational colleges， class teachers should base themselves on the cultivation of students' professional qualities， and carry out reform and innovation from career planning， teaching methods， course content， etc.; At the same time， class teachers should do a good job in guiding students' career planning， clarify the future career development direction of students， and improve students' comprehensive professional quality.

1 引言

汽修专业是中职院校培养现代技术应用型人才的专业之一，中职汽修院校应从立德树人角度出发加强学生的职业素养培育，培养学生良好的职业道德、职业素养，其中班主任作为中职汽修专业班级的管理者，应从思想引领、制度约束、活动锻炼等方面入手，推动中职汽修专业学生职业素养的全面提升。（剩余4545字）
