摘 要:本文介绍前端框架轻量化和绿色化内涵,从材料、工艺、模块化三个方面采用针对汽车前端框架轻量化,绿色化和模块化三个维度开发进行讨论和论证,得出集成化前端框架在轻量化和全生命周期环境环境影响明显优于普通钢铁前端框架,应广泛推广应用。

Based on the Development of Lightweight, Green and Modular Automotive Front-end Framework

Abstract:This paper introduces the connotation of lightweight and greening of front-end frame, discusses and demonstrates the development of lightweight front-end frame of automobile front-end frame from the three aspects of material, process and modularization, and concludes that the integrated front-end frame is significantly better than ordinary steel front-end frame in lightweight and full life cycle environmental impact, and should be widely popularized and applied.

1 引言

汽车电动化、智能化、网联化、共享化推动汽车行业高速发展,第三生活空间概念提出,促进更多智能硬件搭载在电动汽车上,推动电动汽车整车重量不断攀升,给续航里程和整车重量管理带来了挑战,因此将轻量化设计开发理念需要贯穿于每一个汽车零部件的开发至关重要。(剩余2673字)
