中职汽修专业“岗课赛证”融合人才培养模式改革

——以广西玉林农业学校为例

摘 要：本文以广西玉林农业学校学校汽修专业为例论述通过以岗定课、课证融通、以赛促教的课程改革、外引内优、校企共建的双师型教师队伍建设、“虚实一体，训赛考产多功能”实训基地建设、以及建设多元立体化评价体系构建等方式开展岗课赛证融合人才改革，为中职汽修专业人才培养改革提供参考。

Reform of the Talent Training Model of the "Post Class Competition Certificate" of the Middle-vocational Auto Repair Major

——Taking Guangxi Yulin Agricultural School as an Example

Abstract：Taking the auto repair major of Guangxi Yulin Agricultural School as an example， this paper discusses the reform of the integration of talents through the integration of on-the-job courses， the integration of course certificates， the curriculum reform of promoting teaching by competition， the construction of a dual-teacher team jointly built by external introduction and internal excellence， the construction of a training base of "integration of virtual and real， multi-functional training and production"， and the construction of a multi-dimensional evaluation system， so as to provide reference for the reform of training of middle-level auto repair professionals.
