某发动机前端盖部异响质量改进探析

摘 要：本文简单介绍了发动机前端盖的作用，主要分析了前端盖处异响的原因，采取的改进措施，以改善发动机的性能表现，提高客户满意度。其改进方向为其它机型的问题解决提供了可借鉴的思路，并可成为将来的产品设计与架构的有效输入。

Abstract：This paper briefly introduces the function of engine front end housing， analyzing the cause of front end housing and actions-taken which enhances the engine performance and increase the customer’s satisfaction. The root-cause analyzing bring the way to other model for reference and can be inputted to the product design and architecture.

1 发动机前端盖作用

前端盖处机油泵链条套在曲轴链轮上，然后将曲轴链轮—机油泵装入曲轴前端，，通过运行对发动机进行润滑，与缸头的凸轮轴配合点火时间和气门的开关。（剩余1602字）
