“三园融合”复合应用型汽车产业人才培养模式的构建与实践研究

——以扬州市为例

摘 要:本文通过构建校园、产业园和研发园“三园融合”汽车产业人才培养平台,以特色“订单班”形式精准对接行业企业需求,从学生成才、学校发展、社会贡献三个方面对特色“订单班”汽车产业人才培养质量进行评价,为推动产学研深度融合,提升汽车产业人才培养质量提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract:By building a talent training platform for the “integration of three parks” in campus, industrial park and R&D park, this paper accurately meets the needs of industry enterprises in the form of characteristic “order class”, and evaluates the quality of talent training in the automotive industry with characteristic “order class” from three aspects: student success, school development and social contribution, so as to provide a certain theoretical reference for promoting the deep integration of industry, education and research and improving the quality of talent training in the automotive industry.
