“1+X”证书背景下智能制造工业机器人书证融通课程改革研究

摘 要：随着智能制造2025的提出，工业机器人得到了快速的发展与应用，行业对工业机器人方面的人才需求也更加急迫。本文结合“1+X”证书制度研究智能制造工业机器人课程书证融通发展现状，探讨基于岗位能力的人才培养方法和途径。

Abstract：With the proposal of intelligent manufacturing 2025， industrial robots have been developed and applied rapidly， and the demand for talents in industrial robots is more urgent. Combined with the “1+X” certificate system， this paper studies the development status of documentary evidence integration in the course of intelligent manufacturing industrial robot， and discusses the methods and ways of talent training based on post ability.
