矿用工程车辆的制动器设计及虚拟验证

摘 要:本文设计了一种针对矿用工程车辆的新型湿式液压制动装置,静止时通过活塞挤压摩擦片与制动片实现制动效果,运行时液压油注入抵消弹簧压力使车辆运行。然后针对5t工程车辆,匹配了摩擦副的具体参数,并对处于长时间受压工作状态的活塞进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明,对于5t工程车辆,其强度满足要求。

Abstract:In this paper, a new type of wet hydraulic brake device for engineering vehicles is designed. The piston squeezes the friction lining and the brake lining to achieve the braking effect when it is stationary. When running, hydraulic oil is injected to offset the spring pressure to make the vehicle run. Then for the 5t construction vehicle, the specific parameters of the friction pair are matched and the finite element analysis of the pistons under long-term pressure working conditions has been carried out. The analysis results show that for a 5t construction vehicle, its strength meets the requirements.

1 前言
矿用工程车上的液压制动装置是保证工作人员生命财产安全的重要装置[1-5],良好的装置不仅需要能够在矿山中恶劣的环境中保证良好的制动性,而且能够提升矿车的工作效率[6-11]。(剩余2844字)
