摘 要：文章基于第五版DFMEA，结合目前现实状况、实际问题、项目要求和产品案例，阐明了DFMEA在设计开发工作中如何管理、如何实施以及如何全面运用，将FMEA知识和专业知识融合在一起，有助于加深理解，提升应用能力。

Management Implementation and Specific Application in Product Development based on the Fifth Edition of DFMEA

Abstract：Based on the fifth edition of DFMEA， the article clarifies how DFMEA is managed， implemented and comprehensively used in design and development work， combining FMEA knowledge and expertise in combination with current reality， practical problems， project requirements and product cases， to help to deepen understanding and improve application ability.

1 引言

对于产品设计开发，往往由于缺乏整体、系统的开发观念，前期设计分析、工程分析没有有效开展，与实际生产作业无法连贯，造成许多在研发初期就应该做好预防的工作，却要等进入正式生产时才提出设计更改进行娇正，浪费时间和金钱。（剩余5359字）
