摘 要：随着重庆总装车间生产的产品逐渐丰富，对应的随车相片种类不断增加。生产线旁库位逐渐紧张，相片混料、差异小等因素造成员工选取难度大，出错风险高。同时由于受外界影响，生产计划变动导致相片数量不足或呆滞情况频发。重庆总装将随车相片进行智能化改造实现在线打印，保证相片与车辆进行配置匹配。

Online Printing of On-board Photos in the Final Assembly Workshop

Abstract：With the gradual enrichment of products produced in the Chongqing assembly workshop， the corresponding types of on-board photos are increasing. The storage space next to the production line is gradually tight， and factors such as photo mixing and small differences make it difficult for employees to select， and the risk of errors is high. At the same time， due to external influences and changes in production plans， the number of photos is insufficient or sluggish frequently occurs. Chongqing General Assembly will intelligently transform the photos on the vehicle to realize online printing， so as to ensure that the photos are matched with the configuration of the vehicle.
