摘 要:后围出风口总成一般布置在车俩后部活侧围钣金上,并在出风口的骨架处设置2~5个叶片,每个叶片都有自己的独立翻转机构,在车门关闭时因车厢内瞬间挤入大量空气,气压暴涨推动叶片向上翻起打开出风口及时泄压,在减轻乘坐人员不适感的同时,也具备了对车厢内换气、通风的功能。

Design Requirements for Rear Air Outlet Assembly

Abstract:The rear wall air outlet assembly is generally arranged on the sheet metal of the live side wall at the rear of the car, and 2~5 blades are set at the skeleton of the air outlet. Each blade has its own independent turning mechanism. When the door is closed as a large amount of air is squeezed into the cabin instantly, the air pressure surge pushes the blades upward to open the air outlet to release the pressure in time, which not only relieves the discomfort of passengers, but also has the function of ventilation in the cabin.

1 引言

后围出风口总成属于外饰塑料小件,结构轻巧,但功能及其重要,设计阶段既要考虑车厢容积和压入的空气量保证开口尺寸,同时也要避免因结构设计不合理,在叶片翻起时,在出风口处形成的涡流使杂质、灰尘等进入车厢内部,降低乘坐人员的舒适性。(剩余3159字)
