摘 要:大力推广应用电动汽车是国家战略,但是电动汽车续航里程、购买成本尤其是电动汽车充电的便利性限制了其发展与推广应用速度。讨论基于用户充电需求的充电站(桩)选址及定容优化策略问题,可在成本最优化、社会效益最大化的前提下,提高充电便利性,对我国“双碳战略”实施具有较强的实际意义。

Discussion on the Problem of Charging Station (pile) Site Selection and Constant Capacity Optimization Strategy Based on Charging Demand

Abstract:It is a national strategy to vigorously promote the application of electric vehicles, but the cruising range, purchase cost, and especially the convenience of electric vehicle charging limit the speed of its development, promotion and application. The article discusses the problem of charging station (pile) location and capacity optimization strategy based on users' charging needs, which can improve the convenience of charging under the premise of cost optimization and social benefit maximization, and is of great practical significance to the implementation of China's "dual carbon strategy".

1 引言

近年来,我国新能源汽车基本进入市场竞争阶段,随着我国政府对“双碳战略”行动(碳达峰、碳中和)的实施,新能源汽车在市场中的占比将呈总体加速上升趋势,燃油车出现萎缩,新能源汽车成为汽车市场的增量,预计2021年全国新能源汽车总销量将达到240万台,市场渗透率超过10%以上。(剩余4558字)
