工作用辐射温度计固有误差不确定度评定

【摘要】现行的JJG 856—2015《工作用辐射温度计》检定规程规定了可以采用具有亮度温度校准结果的参考黑体辐射源作为标准检定工作用辐射温度计。这种方法操作简单、便利，常用于日常工作中，但对于不确定度的评定，该规程并没有给出范例。本文给出了检定工作用辐射温度计的不确定度评定方法。

Evaluation of Uncertainty of Intrinsic Error of Radiation Thermometer for Working Purpose

Abstract： The current JJG 856—2015 Radiation Thermometers verification regulation specifies that a reference blackbody radiation source with a calibrated brightness temperature can be used as a standard to verify radiation thermometers for working purposes. This method is simple and convenient， which is often used in daily work. However， the regulation does not provide an example for the evaluation of uncertainty. This paper presents a method for evaluating the uncertainty of the verification of radiation thermometers for working purposes.
