【摘要】本文将国家标准《小功率电动机的安全要求》2022年版和2009年版进行对比，从适用范围、规范性引用文件、标志与说明、耐热要求、温升试验、电气强度、泄漏电流等方面将新旧标准进行了差异分析，并提出新标准实施建议，希望对新标准的理解与应用有所帮助。

Analysis of Differences Between Old and New Standards of GB/T 12350 Safety requirements of small power motors

Abstract： This article compares the 2022 edition and the 2009 edition of the national standard Safety requirements of small power motors. The comparison covers aspects such as scope of application， normative references， marking and instructions， heat resistance requirements， temperature rise tests， electrical strength， and leakage current. It also analyzes the differences between the old and new standards and provides recommendations for the implementation of the new standard， hoping to aid in the understanding and application of the new standard.
