pVTt法临界流喷嘴检定系统的实现

【摘要】本文介绍了一种基于pVTt法对临界流文丘里喷嘴进行标定的系统装置,重点分析了该装置的工作原理、系统组成、自动控制系统的设计、软件功能模块,并通过量值比对方法对装置准确性进行验证的过程。该装置创新性地采用负压技术来构建临界流系统,以实现高精度、高稳定性的流量测量与标定。

Implementation of pVTt Method Critical Flow Nozzle Calibration System

Abstract: This paper introduces a system device for calibrating critical flow venturi nozzles based on the pVTt method, focusing on the analysis of the working principle of the device, system composition, design of the automatic control system, software function modules, and the process of verifying the accuracy of the device through the method of value comparison. This device innovatively adopts negative pressure technology to construct a critical flow system, in order to achieve high-precision and high-stability flow measurement and calibration.
