DC-DC电源模块的失效分析

【摘  要】文章以隔离型DC-DC电源模块在实际使用中发生的功能失效作为研究背景。首先，介绍该电源模块的启动电路和工作原理。其次，通过电源模块实物拆解和元器件分析，定位到稳压二极管故障。最后，针对二极管故障追溯其失效原因，同时给出电源模块的设计和使用建议。

Failure Analysis of DC-DC Power Module*

【Abstract】Based on the research background of the failure of isolated DC-DC power module in practical use， the starting circuit and working principle of the power module are introduced. Through the disassembly analysis of the power module， the fault of the voltage regulator diode of the component is found， the failure reason is analyzed， and the design and use of the power module are given.
