【摘  要】有刷风机因其工艺简单、性比价高等优点被轻型商用车广泛采用。文章针对空调鼓风机常见的异响问题，对部件结构和工艺等优化改进，优化后车辆进行验证后改善明显，对其它部件异响等有一定借鉴作用。

Analysis and Solution of Abnormal Noise of Air Conditioner Blower

【Abstract】Brush fan is widely used by light commercial vehicles because of its simple process and high price ratio. Aiming at the common abnormal noise problem of air conditioning blower，this paper optimizes and improves the structure and process of components. After verifying the optimized vehicle，the improvement is obvious，which has certain reference for other components abnormal noise.
