关于某涡轮增压车型进气异响的优化

【摘 要】文章结合客户反馈某车型在前进和倒退急加速时车内能听到异响啸叫的故障案例,介绍涡轮增压进气异响的排查和解决过程,并采用“分析源-路径-接受”的分析方法,利用高频消声器消除相关频率噪声的影响,经过多轮对比和测试验证分析,确认最优方案,实现了问题的整改。

Optimization of Intake Noise for a Certain Turbocharged Vehicle Model

【Abstract】Based on a customer feedback case of a certain vehicle model experiencing abnormal noise and howling during rapid acceleration in forward and reverse,this article introduces the process of troubleshooting and solving the abnormal noise in turbocharged intake. The analysis method of“source path acceptance”is used to eliminate the impact of related frequency noise using high-frequency mufflers. After multiple rounds of comparison and testing verification analysis,the optimal solution is confirmed and the problem is rectified.
