汽车拉线接头注塑模具设计

【摘  要】分析拉线接头塑件的工艺特点，介绍该塑件注塑模的结构设计和工作过程。由于塑件的表面既有侧凹与突耳结构，又有顶部螺钉孔，脱模困难，创新设计弹板式前模滑块的脱模机构。经使用验证，模具结构合理，运行可靠。

【Abstract】In this article，the technological characteristic of cable connector was analyzed，and it also introduces the structural design and operating process of the injection mold for this part.Because the surface of the plastic part has both side concave，lug，and screw hole at the top and the product is difficult to demold，the demolding mechanism of the springboard cavity slider is innovatively designed.It has been proved that the mold structure is rational and safe in operation.
