浅析电泳涂膜缺陷及其防治

【摘  要】电泳涂装在汽车的喷涂中有其自身的特点，文章对电泳涂装的优势和不足进行细致分析，深入浅出地介绍其工艺流程，重点对电泳涂装过程中产生的漆膜常见问题进行阐述，并对产生原因进行分析，给出相应的防治措施，为问题的解决提供思路。

【Abstract】Electrophoretic coating has its own characteristics in the spraying of automobiles. This article provides a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of electrophoretic coating，introduces its process flow in simple and profound terms，and focuses on explaining common problems in the paint film generated during the electrophoretic coating process. The causes of these problems are analyzed，and corresponding prevention and control measures are provided to provide ideas for problem-solving.
