【摘  要】以新能源汽车动力电池为研究对象，针对过流和过压充电工况进行测试分析，对故障阈值表中关于过流和过压充电保护处理的一致性进行验证，为热失控和扩散预警功能的实现提供试验基础和事实依据，有利于保护乘员的安全。

【Abstract】Taking the power battery of new energy vehicle as the research object，the test and analysis of overcurrent and overvoltage charging conditions were carried out，and the consistency of the protection treatment of overcurrent and overvoltage charging in the fault threshold table was verified，which provided the experimental basis and factual basis for the realization of thermal runaway and diffusion early warning functions，and was conducive to the protection of occupant safety.
