昆虫病原线虫培养及应用

摘要 应用查阅文献、分类与总结的方式，从昆虫病原线虫的生活史、发病机制、培养方法、实际应用等4个方面，对昆虫病原线虫近十多年的科研报道做出了概括，旨在为昆虫病原线虫的日后开发及利用提供理论基础。

Abstract Summarized the scientific research reports of entomopathogenic nematodes in the past ten years from the four aspects of life history， pathogenesis， cultivation methods and practical application of entomopathogenic nematodes by means of literature review and classification. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the future development and utilization of entomopathogenic nematodes.

昆虫性病原线虫（Entomopathog-enic nematodes，简称EPNs）隶属于线虫门（Nematoda）、尾感器纲（Seceme-ntea）、小杆目（Rhabditida），是指一类专性寄生昆虫的致病性线虫，包含斯氏线虫科Steinernematidae的斯氏线虫属Steinernema与新斯氏线虫Neosteinernema线虫和异小杆线虫科Heterorhabditidae的异小杆线虫属Heterorhabditis线虫[1]。（剩余6391字）
