健全农业气象服务和农村气象灾害防御体系

摘要 气候是影响农业生产的主要因素，气象灾害会对农业生产造成严重的影响。结合我国的实际国情来看，阐述了农业气象服务和农村气象灾害防御体系建设的意义，分析了农业气象服务与农村气象灾害防御体系建设过程中存在的问题，提出了优化农业气象服务体系建设和农村气象灾害预警体系的措施和途径，以期促进农业稳定发展。

Improving Agrometeorolo-gical Services and Rural Meteorological Disaster Prevention System

Abstract Climate is the main factor affecting agricultural production， and meteorological disasters will have a serious impact on agricultural production. Combining the actual situation of our country， this paper expounded the agrometeorological service and the significance of building up the rural meteorological disaster prevention system， analyzed the agro meteorological service and rural problems existing in the process of agrometeorological disaster prevention system construction， put forward the optimization of agricultural meteorological service system construction and ways to measure rural meteorological disaster warning system， in order to promote the steady development of agriculture.
