摘要 利用1991—2021年的干旱、霜冻、寒潮和大风等气象观测数据资料，对影响乌海最多的气象灾害进行分析，阐述了其对农业造成的影响，并提出一些灾害防御的建议。

Abstract Based on the meteorological observation data of drought， frost， cold wave and strong wind from 1991 to 2021， the meteorological disasters that affect Wuhai most are analyzed， the impact on agriculture is expounded， and the disaster prevention suggestions are put forward.
