永嘉县气象灾害防御应急机制建设研究

摘要 深刻汲取郑州7·20特大暴雨灾害经验教训，以案为鉴，结合永嘉实际，调研走访4个部门3个乡镇（街道）对气象服务的需求，从气象灾害防御体制建设、气象业务流程重塑、数字化改革发展服务等方面触发，不断提升本地化气象灾害防御应急能力，致力于实现永嘉气象事业高质量发展。

Study on the Construction of Meteorological Disaster Prevention and Emergency Mechanism in Yongjia County

Abstract Deeply learning from the experience and lessons of Zhengzhou’s 7·20 torrential rain disaster， taking the case as a reference， and combining with Yongjia’s reality， investigated and visited the meteorological service needs of four departments and three townships （streets）， triggered by the construction of the meteorological disaster prevention system， the reconstruction of the meteorological business process， the digital reform and development of services， and constantly improved the local meteorological disaster prevention and emergency response capacity， so as to achieve the high-quality development of Yongjia’s meteorological cause.

1 鄭州7·20特大暴雨气象服务启示

2021年7月17—23日，河南省遭遇历史罕见特大暴雨，发生严重洪涝灾害，尤其是7月20日郑州市遭受重大人员伤亡和财产损失[1]。（剩余5828字）
