“心主神明”的内涵及其在电针治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征中的应用探讨

【摘 要】

“心主神明”理论主要来源于《黄帝内经》，指出人的各种生理活动和心理活动受心的主宰和调控。腹泻型肠易激综合征的发病因素和病机多且复杂，文章主要通过“心主神明”理论的内涵来探讨“心”以及“从心论治”在电针治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征中的应用，为电针治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征提供新思路与方法。

The Connotation of “Heart governing spirit”and its Application in Electro-acupuncture Treatment of IBS-D

Abstract：

The theory of “heart dominating the spirit”comes from Huangdi Neijing， which points out that all kinds of physiological and psychological activities are controlled and regulated by the heart. The Etiology and pathogenesis of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome are multiple and complex， this article mainly discusses the application of  “Heart”and “Treatment according to heart”in the electro-acupuncture treatment of  Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome by the connotation of “heart dominating the spirit”， to provide a new idea and method for electro-acupuncture treatment of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
