武权生教授基于“泻南补北”理论论治复发性流产学术思想初探

【摘 要】

“泻南补北”一词最早源于《难经》，其理论内涵丰富，外延宽广，可广泛用于一切心实肾虚之证。故施治于心火亢盛，肾精匮乏的复发性流产。武权生教授基于“泻南补北”理论，与月经周期疗法相结合，重在未孕之前的调护与已孕之后保胎治疗，疗效显著，值得推广。

Abstract：

The term “South-Reducing and North-Reinforcing”originated from Nanjing，it has rich connotations and wide extension，it can be widely used in all the evidence of heart and kidney deficiency.Therefore， it is extended to recurrent spontaneous abortion with heart-fire hyperactivity and Kidney deficiency.Profession WU Quansheng combined with menstrual cycle therapy on the theory of “South-Reducing and North-Reinforcing”，emphasis is placed on pre-pregnancy care and post-pregnancy fetal care.The effect is remarkable and worth promoting.
