陆家龙教授运用清热润燥方治疗小儿咳嗽临证经验

【摘 要】

小儿咳嗽在临床治疗上存在西药治疗疗效不佳，病情反复的问题，中医药治疗具有改善症状，整体调节的优势。陆家龙教授治疗小儿咳嗽从燥热病机入手，以清宣凉润为法，同时注重顾护脾胃，临证选用“清热润燥方”，临床疗效满意。

Professor Lu Jialong’s Clinical Experience in Treating Infantile Cough with Qingre Runzao Formula

Abstract：

In the clinical treatment of Infantile cough， the curative effect of Western medicine is poor， and there are often repeated problems. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of improving symptoms and overall regulation. Professor Lu Jialong’s treatment of Infantile cough starts with the pathogenesis of dryness and heat， takes Qingxuan， liangrun as the method， pays attention to protecting the spleen and stomach， and selects “Qingre Runzao formula” for clinical syndrome， with satisfactory clinical effect.

陆家龙教授是云南省荣誉名中医、云南滇中陆氏气阴学派陆巨卿之子及学术传人，从事中医临床工作50余年，对咳嗽病的中医诊治见解独到，其提出从“燥邪论治外感疾病”，自创方剂“清热润燥方”成为适应昆明地区治疗燥热咳嗽的有效方剂，并获得发明专利。（剩余4098字）
