基于“经水出诸肾”论治围绝经期月经紊乱

【摘 要】

月经紊乱是围绝经期的常见症状。临床从“肾”诊治围绝经期月经紊乱疗效确切。文章对傅青主“经水出诸肾”的学术思想进行解析，简要阐述中医、西医发病机制，论述中医特色辨证施治、理法方药。

Abstract：

Menstrual disorder is a common symptom in perimenopause.Clinical diagnosis and treatment of perimenopausal menstrual disorder from “kidney” is effective.Therefore， this paper analyzes Fu Qingzhu’s academic thought of “menstruation comes from kidney”， then briefly expounds the pathogenesis of Chinese medicine and Western medicine， and finally discusses the characteristics of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment， principle-method-recipe-medicines.
