黄连解毒汤在不同肛肠疾病中临床应用概况

【摘 要】

黄连解毒汤是清热解毒方中的代表方，在临床各系统疾病中应用广泛。文章从现代药理作用出发简述黄连解毒汤在不同肛肠疾病中的应用，以及调节肠道菌群、抗菌消炎、抗肿瘤机制等实验研究的相关进展，以期为黄连解毒汤在不同肛肠疾病的临床治疗上提供新思路。

Abstract：

Huanglian Jiedu Decoction is a representative formula in Qingrejiedu formula，which is widely used in clinical diseases of various systems. This paper briefly describes the application of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in different anorectal diseases from the perspective of modern pharmacological effects，as well as the relevant progress of experimental research on regulating intestinal flora， antibacterial and anti-inflammatory，and anti-tumor mechanisms，in order to provide a clinical application of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in different anorectal diseases. New ideas for treatment.

肛肠疾病作为临床常见多发病，其症状表现繁多且杂，受我国地区生活环境及居民生活习惯等因素的影响，肛肠疾病的发病率和构成比也逐渐发生改变。（剩余11298字）
