Abstract：Based on the actual failure case of an air compressor in a project in Guangzhou，this paper decomposes and explains the internal structure of the air compressor，and analyzes the reasons that cause the air compressor to stop unexpectedly，so as to provide a reference for the subsequent troubleshooting of the air compressor.
