科技型中小企业专利转化运用对策研究

——以湖北省为例

摘 要：针对湖北省科技型中小企业专利创造质量不高、运用水平较低的现实问题，借鉴国内发达省份专利转化运用的经验，分析制约湖北省科技型中小企业专利转化运用的障碍因素，从培育科技型中小企业成为区域经济新动能的着力点和发力点入手，提出了提升湖北省科技型中小企业专利转化运用水平的对策建议。

Research on Patent Transformation and Application Strategy of Small and Medium-sized Scientific and Technological Enterprises

——Taking Hubei Province as an Example

Abstract：Small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in Hubei have problems of low quality of patent creation and low level of patent application. In view of this situation， this paper describes several typical application of patent transformation from other developed provinces and analyzes restraining factors of patent application of Small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in Hubei. To solve the problems above， aiming at cultivating new regional economic drivers， this paper makes relevant suggestions on countermeasures to improve the level of patent transformation and application of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises in Hubei.
