河北省港口城市生态保护与经济协同发展评价

摘 要：建立了度量河北省港口城市生态保护与经济发展的指标体系，根据TOPSIS模型探究两者的演变规律。结果表明：从时间跨度角度，港口城市生态保护指数和经济发展指数在1999-2019年间存在正向相关关系；从空间跨度出发，应充分利用各地的比较优势，保持生态保护和经济发展协同推进的局面。

Development of Port Cities in Hebei Province

Abstract：This paper establishes an index system to measure the ecological protection and economic development of port cities in Hebei Province， and explores the evolution rules of the two according to TOPSIS model. It shows that from the perspective of time span， there is a positive correlation between the ecological protection index of port cities and the economic development index from 1999 to 2019. From the perspective of space span， we should make full use of the comparative advantages of various places to maintain the coordinated progress of ecological protection and economic development.
