洪水漫闸后泄洪建筑物及设施的检查与评价

摘  要:洪水漫闸后,泄洪建筑物及设施可能受到一定程度的影响,通过分析泄洪建筑物及设施检查内容和方法,以便充分了解泄洪建筑物和设施存在的缺陷,合理评价其安全状况。该文以贵州某水电站为例,通过不同的检查方内容和方法,总结泄洪建筑物及设施出现的问题,并提出处理意见,以免安全事故的发生。

Abstract: After a flood breaches the dam, the spillway structures and facilities may be affected to some extent. By analyzing the inspection content and methods of spillway structures and facilities, it is possible to fully understand the defects of spillway structures and facilities and reasonably evaluate their safety conditions. Taking a hydropower station in Guizhou as an example, this paper summarizes the problems of spillway structures and facilities through different inspection methods and content, and proposes handling opinions to prevent safety accidents.

当洪水位超过泄洪水位时,由于泄洪设施的缺陷,无法正常泄洪或者泄洪能力不足则可能造成坝闸或漫坝危险,并淤埋尾水渠和消力池、淤积水库、磨蚀坝面、淘蚀河道等,严重则发生溃坝。(剩余5198字)
