中美标准输电线路螺栓承压设计方法研究

摘  要:国内外输电铁塔构件常采用螺栓连接。对于同一螺栓连接节点,采用中标和美标计算的承载力存在一定差异。该文以1颗6.8级M16粗制C级螺栓为例,按照制图规定最小端距,分别依据中美标准计算承压并比较其差异,为输电线路国际工程设计提供参考。

Abstract: Bolts are often used to connect transmission tower components at home and abroad. For the same bolted connection node, there are certain differences in the bearing capacity calculated between the winning bidder and the American standard. This paper takes a 6.8-grade M16 crude Class C bolt as an example. According to the minimum end distance specified in the drawing, the pressure bearing is calculated and the differences are compared according to Chinese and American standards, providing reference for the international engineering design of transmission lines.
