摘  要：该文主要就石羊河流域水资源利用的空间布局及协调规划展开探究，分析当前流域水资源利用现存问题。针对其存在的影响因素，制定出更为高效的空间布局及协调规划方案，旨在解决用水矛盾突出问题，平衡用水需求，构建完善的管理体系，提高区域综合产业能力，致力于打造节水型的社会。

Abstract： This paper mainly probes into the spatial layout and coordinated planning of water resources utilization in Shiyang River Basin， analyzes the existing problems of water resources utilization in Shiyang River Basin， and works out a more efficient spatial layout and coordinated planning scheme in view of its existing influencing factors. The aim of this study is to solve the outstanding problems of water use， balance water demand， build a perfect management system， improve regional comprehensive industrial capacity， and strive to build a water-saving society.

石羊河流域不仅是西北地区的粮食生产基地，同时也是河西走廊的第三大内陆河流域，通过开展石羊河流域水资源利用空间布局与协调规划工作，有效改善流域的生态环境，避免其出现土地沙漠化等问题。（剩余5122字）
