海洋平台振动噪声分析

摘 要:该文介绍振动噪声分析的内容,并以某海洋平台为例,对平台主机基座结构进行模态分析和平台舱室噪声分析。分析结果表明,主机基座结构的固有频率完全超出主机的频率范围,主机基础能够避免与主机发生共振,且平台舱室噪声均能够满足规范要求。此外文中还给出减振降噪设计方案。

Abstract: This paper introduces the content of vibration and noise analysis, and takes an offshore platform as an example to carry out modal analysis and platform cabin noise analysis of the main engine base structure of the platform. The analysis results show that the natural frequency of the mainframe base structure is completely beyond the frequency range of the mainframe, the mainframe foundation can avoid resonance with the mainframe, and the noise of the platform cabin can meet the requirements of the specification. The design scheme of vibration and noise reduction is also given in this foreign language.

目前海洋平台及船舶的振动噪声问题得到了很大的关注,船舶的振动噪声过大对船员健康、设备和结构性能都会造成一定的危害和破坏,因此设计人员需要在海洋平台及船舶在设计阶段对可能发生的振动噪声现象严重程度作出评估,以便采取适当的设计措施,使实际海洋平台和船舶振动噪声降至国际标准限度以内,同时可降低后期的减振降噪改造成本,可以看出船舶振动噪声分析在项目的整个设计过程都发挥至关重要的作用。(剩余3298字)
