基于数字孪生技术的机电一体化虚拟实训设备设计与开发

摘  要:该文以数字孪生技术为基础,通过NX MCD软件构建SX-815Q机电一体化综合实训设备的加盖拧盖单元模型,建立一套实训仿真系统,并用于机电一体化专业学生实际操作中,能够以近乎真实的场景,进行深入的专业综合训练,提升学生的专业技能和实践能力,取得良好效果。

Abstract: This paper is based on digital twin technology, using NX MCD software to construct a model of the cover-adding and cover-tightening unit of the SX-815Q electromechanical integration comprehensive training equipment. A set of practical training simulation system has been established and used by students majoring in electromechanical integration to conduct in-depth professional comprehensive training in a nearly real-life scenario. This approach has effectively improved students' professional skills and practical abilities, achieving good results.

机电一体化技术是一种综合性的技术,包括机械技术、电子技术、自动控制技术、计算机技术、工业机器人技术等多个领域,专业人才培养离不开实训设备,机电一体化综合实训设备SX-815Q是机电一体化、电气自动化及工业机器人等专业进行技能训练的关键设备之一,但在实践教学过程中存在实验设备数量少,学生数量多的矛盾问题,实训设备短缺造成学生缺乏有效训练时间,在专业方向学习过程中打不牢基础,降低了竞争力。(剩余4418字)
