摘  要：该文针对人工智能领域相关申请分别进行全球、中国的专利态势分析，包括申请量逐年变化趋势、主要申请人分析及技术构成等，建立全链的思维导图。通过分析国内外人工智能技术专利布局的内在原因，为我国关键核心技术创新及产业发展奠定理论基础。

Abstract： This article conducts a global and Chinese patent situation analysis on applications related to the field of artificial intelligence， including the trend of annual changes in application volume， analysis of major applicants， and technological composition. It establishes a comprehensive mind map and analyzes the internal reasons for the distribution of artificial intelligence technology patents at home and abroad， laying a theoretical foundation for key core technology innovation and industrial development in China.
