某建筑火灾后结构鉴定及加固处理问题分析

摘  要:近年来,全国城镇建筑数量不断增多,建筑类火灾比重逐年提高。建筑火灾会对人的生命、财产安全等构成严重威胁。该文以某建筑火灾后结构鉴定及加固处理为例,分析当房屋遭受火灾后,对建筑结构构件及材料功能都会有一定的损害,会导致结构承载力下降,因而需要对火灾后的建筑进行灾后检测及加固处理。

Abstract: In recent years, the number of urban buildings in China is increasing, and the proportion of building fires is increasing year by year. Building fire will pose a serious threat to human life and property safety. This paper takes the structural identification and reinforcement treatment of a building after a fire as an example to analyze that when the building suffers a fire, it will have certain damage to the building structural components and material functions, which will lead to the decline of the structural bearing capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out post-disaster detection and reinforcement treatment of the building after a fire.

火灾是建筑物使用过程中影响结构安全的重要因素之一,火灾后建筑物的装修材料通常会受到高温破坏,而建筑物的结构构件通常表面混凝土会在一定程度上遭到破坏,常见的有混凝土保护层疏松或破裂,如遇严重的火灾,混凝土构件的钢筋也会遭受到损伤,往往会导致钢筋混凝土构件的耐久性和承载力降低,火灾后建筑物存在结构安全隐患。(剩余5083字)
