摘  要:为适应垃圾焚烧发电技术经济性提升需求,设计25 MW中温次高压再热汽轮机。该机组为国内第一台垃圾发电再热机组,采用母管制单缸再热、高转速、冲反结合设计,具有结构紧凑、运行灵活、经济性高的特点,该机组的成功投运对小型再热汽轮机技术及垃圾发电行业均有较高的指导意义。

Abstract: In order to meet the demand of improving the technical and economic efficiency of waste incineration power generation, a 25 MW medium-temperature sub-high pressure reheat steam turbine is designed. This unit is the first domestic waste power generation reheat unit, which adopts the combination design of header single-cylinder reheat, high speed, and impulse and reverse, and has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible operation, and high economic efficiency. The successful operation of this unit has a high guiding significance for the small reheat steam turbine technology and waste power generation industry.
