铁路车辆车轮厂工艺设计研究

摘  要：车轮厂是铁路车辆轮轴的造修基地，从车轮厂轮对检修作业流程、检修能力分析、检修流水线及设备配置等方面探讨车轮厂工艺设计，该文提出铁路车辆车轮厂直通式和并列式的工艺布置方案，优化轮对检修分解、加工、组装、轴承压装等流水线工艺布置，提升检修能力，对车轮厂的工艺设计提供借鉴。

Abstract： The wheel factory is the construction and repair base of railway vehicle wheels and axles. The process design of wheel factory is discussed from the aspects of wheelset maintenance operation flow， maintenance capability analysis， maintenance assembly line and equipment configuration， etc.， and the straight-through and parallel process layout schemes of railway vehicle wheel factory are put forward， which optimizes the assembly line process layout of wheelset maintenance decomposition， processing， assembly and bearing pressing， so as to improve the maintenance capacity and provide reference for the process design of wheel factory.
