基于PLC控制的氧传感器紧固防错系统设计与应用

摘 要:为提高产品质量,加强离线工位扭矩控制,引入PLC控制系统,并通过PLC控制系统硬件和软件部分的设计,构建离线工位的PLC螺栓紧固防错系统。以某车型汽车氧传感器紧固为例,通过PLC控制系统的应用,提高扭矩控制质量和紧固数据追溯可行性,为保障产品质量、提高企业经济效益奠定基础。

Abstract: In order to improve the product quality and strengthen the torque control of the offline station, the PLC control system is introduced, and through the design of the hardware and software of the PLC control system, the PLC bolt fastening error prevention system of the offline station is constructed. Taking the oxygen sensor fastening of a certain type of vehicle as an example, through the application of PLC control system, the quality of torque control and the feasibility of fastening data traceability are improved, which lays a foundation for ensuring product quality and improving enterprise economic benefits.
