摘 要:在钳工维修装配专业的学生实习时,需要使用M1040型无心磨床,因其生产性质决定机床必须高效率、高精度地工作,所以如何降低无心磨床的故障率和提高其维修精度成了机修工作的重点和难点,该文针对M1040型无心磨床故障和磨削质量缺陷分析及其对策作粗浅阐述。

Abstract: When students majoring in fitter maintenance and assembly practice, they need to use M1040 centerless grinder, and its production nature determines that the machine tool must work with high efficiency and high precision. Therefore, how to reduce the failure rate of centerless grinder and improve its maintenance accuracy has become the focus and difficulty of machine repair work. This paper briefly expounds the analysis and countermeasures of M1040 centerless grinder failure and grinding quality defects.
