西门子PLC与英展150S称重仪表通讯的实现

摘  要：在冶金工业自动化大力发展的前提下，自动化设备操作越简洁，对操作人员技能水平要求越低，设备维护更简单。该实例西门子CPU S7-1515-2N与称重控制器150S以点对点通讯的方式通讯，使用威纶触摸屏显示，界面操作简洁，参数设置一目了然，免去人员翻看仪表参数时间，提高生产效率。

Abstract： Under the premise of the rapid development of automation in metallurgical industry， the simpler the operation of automation equipment is， the lower the skill level of operators is， and the easier the equipment maintenance is. In this example， Siemens CPU S7-1515-2N communicates with weighing controller 150S in the way of point-to-point communication. Using Weinview touch screen to display， the interface operation is simple， the parameter setting is clear at a glance， thus， it improves the production efficiency by eliminating the time to look through the instrument parameters.
