大型蒙皮零件化铣样板研究

摘  要：化铣工艺是重要的零件加工工艺方法，在飞机大型蒙皮零件制造过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。该文介绍大型蒙皮零件化铣样板目前的设计制造方法及存在的问题，并重点介绍改进后的2种化铣样板加工方法及效果，提高化铣样板加工精度和加工效率。

Abstract： The chemical milling process is an important parts processing process and plays an irreplaceable role in the manufacturing process of large-scale skin parts of the aircraft. This paper introduces the current design and manufacturing methods and existing problems of large-scale skin parts milling templates， and focuses on the two improved processing methods and effects of chemical milling models， which improves the machining accuracy and processing efficiency of chemical milling templates.
