河钢唐钢新区项目煤气回收与储存系统设计

摘  要:河钢唐钢新区煤气综合管理站作为全厂煤气储存加压混合的中心单元,是合理利用钢铁企业副产煤气资源的重要中间环节,是煤气从生产到使用的重要过渡。文章简述河钢唐钢新区的煤气回收与储存系统,并对煤气综合管理站整体设计优化进行阐述。

Abstract: As the central unit of gas storage, pressurization and mixing in the HBIS Group Tangsteel New DIstrict, the gas management station is an important intermediate link to rationally utilize the by-products of the iron and steel enterprise, and is an important transition from production to use of gas. This paper briefly describes the gas recovery and storage system, and expounds the overall optimization design of the gas management station in the HBIS Group Tangsteel New District.

河钢唐钢新区项目煤气回收与储存系统包括1座30万m3稀油密封圆形高炉煤气柜、2座15万m3橡胶膜密封转炉煤气柜、1座5万m3稀油密封圆形焦炉煤气柜、1座煤气加压站及辅助电气室、1座煤气混合站、1座煤气防护站以及区域辅助配套设施(以下简称煤气综合管理站)。(剩余5584字)
