提升内河航道养护工程全过程管理水平对策研究

摘  要：航道作为我国重要的交通公益性基础设施，是内河水运事业发展的重要载体。分析内河航道养护管理工作存在的短板，针对提升航道养护工程全过程管理水平提出对策建议，对航道建设管理者及执法人员具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract： As an important public welfare infrastructure in China， waterway is an important carrier for the development of inland water transportation. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of inland waterway maintenance management， and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the management level of the whole process of waterway maintenance engineering， which has a certain reference value for waterway construction managers and law enforcement personnel.
