水利工程中病险水库加固工程技术研究

摘  要：现阶段病险水库工程除险与加固过程还有一定的问题和不足，这对加固工程的工期产生一定影响，需要采取适当的对策来应对，有效提升加固工程效果和工程质量。文章对病险水库工程加固过程中可能发生的问题进行详尽分析，随后在这个基础上，给出科学的解决方案。

Abstract： At present， there are still some problems and deficiencies in the process of danger elimination and reinforcement of the dangerous reservoir project， which has a certain impact on the reinforcement project and the construction period， so it is necessary to take appropriate countermeasures to effectively improve the effect and quality of the reinforcement project. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems that may occur in the reinforcement process of the diseased and dangerous reservoir project， and then gives a scientific solution on this basis.

由于多种因素的制约，国内现阶段存在大量的具有一定病险问题的水库工程，因为当年的工程修建质量相对比较差、抗洪泄洪水平不达标或因为年代久远等情况的存在，造成相关的水库工程不但无法充分体现其应有的功能和效果，还严重威胁到了库区周围广大人民群众的生命以及财产方面的安全，因此对于此类存在病害的水库工程，必须尽早实施行之有效的措施来对其进行有效地加固，最大限度地防止其可能发生的严重危害。（剩余5350字）
